The Glowing Tiara makes your bachelorette glow on her special day. This is a great tiara to dress her in if you’re heading to the club to dance all night! The Glowing Tiara is a reusable tiara that comes with three sets of glowsticks. Thread one glowstick through the holes in the top of the tiara to make the tiara glow for hours.
